Phase one of the system roll out has been to implement PODFather across Leedale’s tipper and grab vehicle divisions. PODFather is now used daily to allocate loads to vehicles, track delivery performance, manage last minute orders and gather electronic proof of delivery in real time. Transport office teams use the cloud-based back office system while drivers have quickly gotten to grips with the easy to use smartphone app.
